1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StoryVoice ("the Service"), operated at storyvoice.io, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
StoryVoice is a SaaS platform that helps marketers create customer case studies through AI-guided voice interviews. You create interview links, your customers answer questions by voice, and our AI generates publish-ready case studies from the transcripts.
3. Account Registration
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Submit fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated interview content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
- Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent
5. Content Ownership
Your content
You retain ownership of all content you create through the Service, including interview configurations, transcripts, and generated case studies. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store your content solely to provide the Service.
Customer content
You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from your customers before conducting interviews. You must inform your customers that their responses will be processed by AI to generate case studies.
Generated content
Case studies generated by the Service are yours to use, edit, and publish as you see fit. We do not claim ownership over AI-generated content produced for your account.
6. Pricing and Payments
Lifetime deals
During our launch period, we offer lifetime deal plans. These provide permanent access to the Service at the plan level purchased, with a monthly interview quota that resets every 30 days from your purchase date.
Free tier
Free accounts are limited to 1 interview total. No payment is required for the free tier.
Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. To request a refund, email support@storyvoice.io within 14 days of purchase. Refunds are processed to your original payment method.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime.
8. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Case studies are generated by artificial intelligence based on interview transcripts. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors, inaccuracies, or misinterpretations. You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of AI-generated content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, StoryVoice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold StoryVoice harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or sending you an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, binding arbitration.
